Alexander Aldama is the president and senior systems engineer at Network Automation Systems. With 30 years of experience in information technology, his solution-based approach is informed by his knowledge taken from working with both hardware and software systems. Alex got his start as a curious child, taking apart any electronic device around him in order to understand how they functioned. His career began in hardware, sales, and support, later transitioning into administration and communications before entering the life sciences industry where he gained experience working with laboratory and client server-based systems. Later, as manager of an IT department dealing with global systems, Alexander unified his earlier experience with logic-based thinking, making troubleshooting a near-instinctive process. Currently, his focus is on delivering high quality services to meet business and user requirements related to information systems in highly regulated environments, such as the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
